Than Living Well with and abundance of health.
From a tired-eyed look of prolonged pain, to a smile of hopeful relief. From a tense restrictive posture of discomfort, to amazement of newly acquired mobility without pain. From limpy walk or gimpy arm, to fluid gait and a triumphant wave. This is why I love to do what I do.
We all have challenges. We can learn from them. And, sometimes we get stuck in our stories and need help to move through them. We need encouragement.

- the act of trying to stimulate the development of an activity, state, or belief.
Skilled care and cutting edge techniques help relieve symptoms and promote healing, AND these efforts are enhanced by the clients doing some self-care. This is where the encouragement is helpful. I recently gave ideas for simple small steps of self-care to do every day to a client faced with the challenge of a great deal of inflammation. Including: sharing resources to improve nutrition- removing causative and adding healing foods; doing simple exercises spread throughout the day as to not aggravate the condition; drinking a tea( the client loves tea) with anti- inflammatory effects; adding music to the exercises (the client loves music) to inspire and uplift!
I love to share information and ideas. Good info and ideas with the intention of being helpful. Giving others hope and stimulating their ability to develop healing behaviors. Encouragement. Yes, this is one of my strengths.
