Are you feeling out of energetically out of balance? Or wonder why some people move faster or slower than you do? Or love spicy, sweet or salty foods?

Based on the ancient system of medicine called Ayurveda, we all have a unique balance of energies called Dosha that drives us to eat, behave and prefer certain types of exercises. Knowing your specific Dosha mix may enhance your yoga and meditation practice or types of food as it effects your mood. If you want to find out what your dosha mix is, mark your calendar for July 16th. Deadline is Friday July 12th for registration.

  • Optional Add-On – weekly 30-minute personal training sessions with Lisa Hodges, Certified Personal Trainer and Corrective Exercise Specialist, Group Fitness Instructor

Congratulations “Why Weight?” Participants!

WhyWeightLogoLiving Well would like to extend CONGRATULATIONS to the participants of Nutritionist Donna Ichikawa’s WHY WEIGHT? WEDNESDAYS program:

After the first week, 7 out of 7 people who participated in the program for improved body composition all lost weight.

Total group loss is 23.5 lbs. and 0 lbs. gained!

We would also like to personally congratulate participant Jeanne on losing 4.5 lbs. of fat and gaining 0.5 lb. of muscle and increased hydration of 2%!!! Yeah!!!!! Jeanne, thank you for allowing us to share your news of success with all at Living Well.
